Nature is home!

Nature is my medicine. These past couple of days I had so much anger toward myself that I didn’t even let myself enjoy the nature. Although, even in my saddest moments, I find myself talking to the trees.

Last night I did the forgiveness meditation by Master Co. After the meditation I stepped out in our backyard and sat to listen to crickets chirping. It’s amazing to feel the stillness between their chirping. Then I looked up at the beautiful stars. My brother was so much into astrology and stars and he used to teach me a lot about their names and shapes. The easiest one for me which I still remember is summer triangle which is made up of three constellations. One of the stars was the shiniest. Now that I am thinking I didn’t even try to look which constellation it belonged to. I was just quietly gazing at the star and I was telling myself how massive you are and yet how small. We all are that!

Stepping to the morning, this beautiful hummingbird made my day, sitting on the bird feeder. (I know it’s hard to notice! 🙂 )

Enjoy the journey
