It’s usually easier for me to write at nights, words flow right were they belong. Sometimes tears follow too, sometimes it just feels like having your cheeks touched by your tears.

I read this sentence on honoring your tears by Jack Kornfield. I know so many times we don’t honor our feeling. Or, we don’t want to feel sad. Everything is about happiness. Sadness, happiness, anger all are feelings. It’s important to see them, notice them, sometimes it’s a messenger and it’s trying to teach us something. Be with them.

And then let go! (It’s not always easy!)

  1. Being sad just means that you care. There’s nothing wrong with that. Beautiful picture and quote you posted.
